Crew Motorsports’ goal is to provide a wide selection of
brand-name performance and cosmetic products available 24 hours per
day over the Internet.
Pit
Crew Motorsports usually ship your order within 24-48 hours of being
placed, unless product is on back order, limited availability or
special order status. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are
shipped the following business day.

will be made via UPS, USPS Priority Service, or ground freight.
Shipping Rates vary from item to item depending on weight, size, and
destination of item(s). We deal orders daily within the U.S. and
Canada. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE PREPAID WITH INTERNATIONAL
MONEY ORDER OR INTERNATIONAL CASHIER'S CHECK, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping costs of the packages are the responsibility of the
customer. Pit Crew Motorsports™ is not liable for damages
caused by service carrier. For more expensive and/or fragile items,
it is recommended you add insurance. • Shipping charges are
non-refundable. This applies to returned items as we will only refund
the amount of the price of the product returned (also subject to 25%
restocking fee).
Delivery
time:
Please
allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. Orders made with personal or company
checks are placed on hold until payment is completed by the
customer's bank. Shipments to P.O. Boxes may take slightly longer.
Backordered orders remain pending until they can be fulfilled or
unless customer cancels order before product becomes available to
ship.
Delivery

to 7 Days Midwest - 3 to 5 days West Coast - 1 to 2

Return
& Exchange Policy:
All
return and exchange request must be made within 14 days of your
original purchase date. All returns and exchanges must be received
back within 30 calendar days of your order after a request has been
approved. All returns must be authorized and must have a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Pit Crew Motorsports™.
Your RMA is valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issuance and
we must receive your product within this given time. Please contact
us by e-mail (provide order number and description) to request an RMA
number and return instructions. We are not responsible for products
returned to us without this authorization.
• All returns
are subject to a 25% restocking fee. • All returns and
exchange requests MUST be made within 14 days of original purchase
date by e-mail or telephone. Please inspect items immediately when
received. • No returns are allowed on products that have been
installed, or changed from their original condition. • All
returns must be in its original packaging and in saleable condition.
• Non-product related fees (shipping, handling, transaction,
and insurance) are non-refundable. • No returns accepted on
special ordered items.
Your
RMA does not guarantee product replacement or refund. Once the return
item is received, its condition will be inspected before final
acceptance. If a return is approved, a refund is then authorized
which will be issued by check or credit.
Back-Orders
/ Special Orders:
If
products in your order are not in stock, Pit Crew Motorsports sales
rep will notify you by e-mail or phone with order options.
Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as product becomes
available. If multiple items are ordered, we may wait till everything
is back in stock or stated otherwise. However, no exchanges,
refunds, or cancellations are allowed on special order items. Special
orders is inventory that is not normally stocked by Pit Crew
Motorsports, i.e. 2005 Honda S200 body kit from Veilside. Please
contact us to verify back order status.
