RETURNS: Authorization to return product must be obtained from Seller in advance and must be made within 5 (five) days of purchase. All Returned products to Seller will then be subject to a 25% (twenty-five percent) restocking fee. All products, which are approved for return, are for store credit only. All products returned for credit must be in original manufacturer's carton in the same condition as Seller originally delivered to Buyer. All warranty cards and other items must be included with the product returned to Seller. Only the buyer and original purchaser of product(s) may request a return upon satisfactory proof that the goods are defective. After receipt of goods, Seller shall inspect the goods to determine the exact quantity and condition of goods received. If Seller does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any such reason given to Buyer by Seller, Buyer must accept any incurred cost. Wheels or tires, which may have been mounted or used, are not returnable under ay conditions. Special or custom-made orders are not returnable. Any electrical or mechanical parts are also non-returnable.

SPECIAL ORDERS: All special orders require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% (fifty percent). If there is a cancellation for any reason by Buyer, Buyer understands that the deposit is forfeited immediately to Seller. Seller shall not be liable for late shipments. Shipping dates are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge-backs, reductions in price or other offsets as a result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimate time of delivery.

CONTIGENCIES: Seller shall not be liable for any failures to produce product to Buyer when the cause of such failure is an act of God, labor dispute, supplies or material shortage; acts of local, state national, civil, or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communication failures, accidents, strikes, transportation problems, or any act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary courts of Seller's business.

WARRANTY / LIABILITY: Seller's sole warranty for each product sold is set forth in the warranty documentation associated with the products. Seller gives no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Seller will not be held liable for any damages, which are incurred directly or indirectly on the vehicles, operators, or passengers of the vehicle.

PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS: Seller does not engage in selling after-market items and buyer does not understand the ramification for having these performance or after-market parts on a vehicle. Seller is not held accountable for any misconception or disappointments associated with any of these parts. All engine, exhaust, performance, and modification parts are legal in the State of California for off-road use only.

INSTALLATIONS: All said installations would be done in a timely manner. All parts, which are taken off of Buyer's vehicle, will be returned to Buyer unless otherwise noted. If buyer leaves any parts at Seller's premises for over 7 (seven) days, it will be considered Seller's property and Seller may do anything with these parts without consent from Buyer. Buyer will indemnify and hold Seller harmless form all liabilities from damages incurred as a result of any work performed by Seller pursuant to Buyer's request. If there are any problems with Buyer's vehicle, which would inhibit Seller from doing the install or said work, it will be at Seller's option to get needed parts for Buyer at Buyer's expense. It is also understood that Buyer is responsible to check all lugnuts and bolts for tightness, as Seller is not responsible for any damages incurred to vehicle. It is understood that Seller will not be held responsible for loss, damage, or theft of vehicle or articles left in vehicle while Seller possession or Buyer's vehicle.

Typographical Errors: Pit Crew Motorsports reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders due to typographical errors. If your credit card account has been charged for the order that has been placed, Pit Crew Motorsports will issue you credit for the amount of which your card was charge immediately.
